There is a button at the top when you are posting, that looks kind of like a picture. You use that one to post a picture from your computer or from the internet.
Posting video is not as hard as you may think. Youtube, Hulu, and other vid sites will usually have a button that says "Embed" that will give you a code. You just copy the code and paste it into your post. It will show up as a video. I hope this helps.
